A project name is the start of an address

If a rental listing says Blanca, ask for the actual phase, building or plot and the home’s arrival instructions. The developer’s current list also names Blanca Gardens and Blanca Gardens II. Those names should not disappear into a single Blanca pin. The same problem arises with Wadi Jebal and Wadi Jebal Extension, or Mesca, Mesca Heights and Mesca Golf Edition. A familiar family name can help you orient yourself; it cannot get a driver to the right door.

Use this chapter alongside the wider area explanation. These are residential names associated with the branded Somabay destination. Travco’s Almaza Bay Ras Soma and Emaar’s Marassi Red Sea remain separate developments in the comparative satellite explorer. Neither belongs inside this residential name index.

Read the plan key, then read the ground

The numbered references follow the residential legend in the plan image you supplied. We have read their image positions and transferred them through the existing Somabay alignment. The satellite coastline, roads and existing buildings remain the ground reference. A marker can show you which part of the illustration a name refers to; it is not an observed residential entrance or a surveyed neighbourhood centre.

The source uses fourteen labels and repeats Golf Course Residences, key 13, at two positions. Both appear here. We have not renamed them as separate phases. The supplied image also cuts off the far north: a blank area beyond it does not establish where Coves or Somabay ends.

The plan’s publication date is unknown, and its registration retains the 28 September 2026 review date. Reading its markers on 4 October does not make the underlying plan newer. This view is for interpreting a plan, rather than deciding whether a home is delivered, occupied or available to rent.

Current names and older labels need different treatment

The Soma Estates page reviewed for this chapter displays nineteen names. Its links are placeholders rather than separately inspected project pages. The displayed January 2026 update belongs to the privacy policy. There is no adopted update date for the project list.

We keep exact names, spacing variants and possible family relationships separate in the index above. The ARC in the supplied plan and Arc of Soma in the current list may refer to corresponding material, but an exact phase or perimeter match is not established. Golf Townhouses, Golf Course Residences and Mesca Golf Edition are also not interchangeable labels in this guide.

A name missing from one list does not prove that a project is closed, cancelled, renamed or unbuilt. A name appearing on the current website does not prove that its homes or advertised facilities are ready. For an actual home, use the phase and unit reference supplied by its owner or manager, together with the relevant dated documents.

Turn the name into an arrival plan

Before sending a driver a screenshot, collect the exact project and phase, the building or plot and unit, the entrance or meeting-point pin provided by your host, and the name of the person handling entry. Agree the key or reception handover and what happens if you arrive after that person leaves. Keep the home address and access credentials out of public map links.

The link copied from this atlas identifies a plan reference. Send the host’s actual arrival instructions separately. The two can explain the area together, but a marker here cannot replace a verified entrance. The guest pack and arrival guide help organise those handovers.

Compare the home you will actually use

For a long stay, ask about the particular home’s parking and vehicle arrangements, internet service, water and electricity reporting, current nearby construction, and the walk or ride you expect to make each day. Ask which shared areas and beaches your booking or ownership arrangement permits you to use. Record the current answer for that home and agreement; the guide has no project-wide occupancy, construction-noise, beach-access or service-charge guarantee.

A route drawn through an illustrated neighbourhood would be easy to mistake for an open road. We therefore leave internal navigation and walking or cart times unplotted here. Obtain the usable route from your host, and use the home-between-visits reference when preparing the property for an absence.
