- Confirm the exact property, entrance and host’s contact number.
- Agree the transfer pickup, fare and payment method.
- Ask your host to confirm gate registration and the documents needed.
- Arrange key collection, especially for late arrival.
- Check which essential groceries will be available on arrival.
Before the host hands over
- Share directions and a named local contact privately.
- Explain AC, water heating, Wi-Fi and any cart/charger arrangements.
- Confirm rubbish collection and departure instructions.
- Identify the agreed route for an urgent property problem.
- Check beach and activity access for these guests.
Before departure
- Agree checkout and the return of keys.
- Confirm the airport pickup point and time with the driver.
- Follow the host’s instructions for appliances and securing the home.
Keep the completed version private. Do not publish personal addresses, access credentials, Wi-Fi passwords or guest identification documents.

A copy for the journey

Agree each handover
Use Getting here and getting home to distinguish the airport or bus pickup, your actual entrance and the key or reception handover. For a trip during your stay, the shuttle explanation separates the published daytime services from the evening return you need to arrange.
