The new edition carries everything from edition 01 and adds the latest resident and owner references. Its clickable contents, bookmarks and chapter links work inside the saved PDF. You can jump from a task to its guide or published contact without returning to the website.

• 15 resident tasks: groceries, cash, pharmacy errands, repairs, laundry, home care, internet, arrivals, schools and free time.
• Eleven CIB branch and ATM guides: grouped as the peninsula, Ras Soma, the mainland shore and Safaga/Hurghada errands. The bank's schedule stays separate from venue entry and working cash service; the marina pin remains unresolved.
• The pharmacy comparison: one published number, two conflicting sets of hours and March 2024 page metadata, with a private household-contact sheet. No separate second counter or clinical capability is inferred.
• Home care between visits: a responsibility and reporting sequence, published repair/laundry enquiries, the owner-app limits, and separate blank agreement and repair-record sheets.
• Facility and session planning: admission, inclusions, booking and the return trip as separate arrangements.

All four original geographic maps, the daytime-shuttle schematic, 61 reviewed directory listings and the earlier arrival, internet, school and shopping material are retained. Source-review dates and unknowns remain visible. This is a reference to help settle your own arrangements, not an operating confirmation.

The full online references remain available: resident task finder, cash and ATMs, pharmacy and care planning, and home between visits.

What is inside edition 01

• The 61 reviewed directory listings, with published contacts where available and source-review dates.
• A private guest-arrival sheet, an owner condition report and a home-internet record to complete with the person responsible.
• The distinctions that matter: a mapped point is not an entrance, a plan is not a surveyed boundary, and a booking does not establish access to other facilities.
• Arrival handovers and an original daytime-shuttle schematic, with the centre's separate guest pickup and unconfirmed service details kept explicit.
• GISS and Kompass school-published programmes, contact numbers, intake limitations and the linked GISS 2026/2027 calendar.

Use it as a dated reference

The edition date is the date we prepared the file. It does not make every listing newly checked. Source-review dates remain alongside the directory information; current hours, prices, availability and admission arrangements still need checking with the business.

Qatari Diar has no verified parcel boundary in this edition. The plan explorer's approximate image layers are available online; they are not reproduced as precise land allocations in the field guide.

Print the pages you need

Use A4 paper at actual size. The worksheets are blank pages for handwriting, rather than interactive PDF forms. Print them separately if you want to leave a copy with your host or manager. The directory and maps can also be read at higher magnification on a screen.

Keep completed sheets private. Do not put passwords, identity documents or access codes on them. The guide has not visited your home, checked its systems or confirmed the arrangements you add.
