A price needs a date and a property
KÂMO’s public Somabay destination page links an August 2026 price guide and labels its prices and terms historical. That is useful evidence of a dated offer set, not a current quotation for a chosen unit.

Cash and instalments answer different questions
Compare the total contract amount, upfront payment, instalment dates and amounts, any final payment and separately charged items. A smaller initial payment does not by itself identify a lower overall price.
Use the budget tool to enter a real quote. It separates contract price, upfront percentage and additional quoted costs without assuming a standard maintenance deposit or fee.
Compare like with like
Identify the project, phase, home type, floor, indoor and outdoor areas, finish, furnishing and delivery terms. A destination starting price cannot explain the price of every home in it.
A resale should be compared with its remaining obligations as well as the seller’s asking price. A rental quote should identify the stay dates and what is included.
Turn research into a specific enquiry
Shortlist the projects or home types that fit your plans. Then ask for dated availability, the exact plan, a written payment schedule and all separately charged costs.
