Courses and practice have different roles
Somabay Golf’s current site presents the Gary Player championship course, a par-three course and an academy with practice facilities. A full round, short-game practice and a lesson are different ways to spend time here.
A visitor learning the game may value a lesson and practice session more than a championship round. An experienced golfer may want a sequence of tee times, equipment arrangements and a hotel close to the planned routine.
Hidden Coves: an announced milestone
The operator’s homepage advertises the Hidden Coves course as playable in January 2027. Keep that future date separate from today’s bookable programme. Ask the golf desk which holes and formats apply to the dates of your stay.
The course name, round format, equipment, transport and cancellation terms should all appear in a comparable quote. A destination-wide description of the number of holes does not replace those details.
Plan the whole golf day
Decide whether you want a round, tuition, practice or a family introduction. Establish equipment hire, any playing requirements, the meeting point and the session duration with the golf desk.
A golf package can combine different elements. Compare the same number of rounds and lessons, then identify which transport and equipment costs are included.
Golf alongside the rest of the destination
Golf can be the focus of a stay or one part of it. The hotel, dining, spa and beach guides help make a plan that works for companions with other interests.
The existing golf, courts and fitness reference retains dated fee components and earlier sources. Use the operator’s current quote for the actual session before booking.
