A rental is an actual home
Begin with the complete address, collection and home type. Ask for current photographs and the actual room and outdoor-space arrangement, rather than relying on a neighbourhood-wide illustration.
For a short holiday, the arrival and daily experience matter immediately. For a longer let, internet, utilities, transport, groceries and responsibility for faults become central.
Compare what the rent includes
Request the stay dates, total rent, deposit, utility treatment, cleaning, bedding, internet and any service charges. Identify the facilities included for your party and the procedure for guests.
A pool or beach appearing in the project’s marketing does not establish a particular rental’s entitlement. Confirm the named facilities with the host or responsible operator.
Understand who handles the home
Agree key handover, contact during the stay, fault reporting and the return of the deposit. A resident’s community administration and a rental manager’s duties may be different.
Keep private arrival instructions, access codes and personal information outside shared public plans. Use the private guest worksheet for the details needed by your party.
An owner considering letting
Investigate the actual permission, management service, fee structure, maintenance responsibilities and expected operating costs. A marketed rental estimate is not a documented result for your home.
