How correction emails are handled

Prepare a correction

Review and copy a draft, or download a text file to attach to your email. Send it yourself to contact@somabayguide.com when you are ready; these controls do not submit a correction.

Your entries are not sent to or saved by the guide. Your browser may restore fields. Keep a copy before leaving, and leave personal records, identification details and access codes out.

A useful correction includes

  • The business or page concerned.
  • The exact detail that has changed.
  • When it was checked and the source or business role confirming it.
  • A public link or photograph of relevant signage, if available.

Contact route

Email contact@somabayguide.com with the page link and the detail to correct. Use the optional tool above to review and copy your draft, or download a text file to attach. The tool itself does not submit anything.

Do not send gate credentials, guest identification documents or private home addresses.
